We created a very simple promotional action. Different characters, famous for wearing white clothes, walked about the supermarkets pushing a cart filled with Ace packs. The people were surprised by Elvis, The Mummy, a family of judokas, a mother phantom with her baby, a living statue and an angel, while doing their shopping. In front of the shopping carts a sign showed the promotional offer.
Outcome
The campaign triggered a great reaction. Everybody had a lot of fun. Adults and kids shot pictures and interacted with the characters. A small idea turned into a great business. Sales went up dramatically 600%. Significant word-of-mouth communication was generated inside and outside the supermarkets. And everything was accomplished with a very limited budget.
