Let people experience the new printer with their own devices!
So we decided to connect the printer to an activity that excites people : It’s Shopping!
We took the wireless printer to the trendiest shopping mall in town.
And we put white and golden colored paper in our printer.
We let people take a photo of their wish item with their own smart phone.
We let people print out their wish item for themselves without internet or cable connections.
If they wish item was printed on the golden colored paper, they could get it free.
That’s 'Print Your Shopping!!'
Outcome
Tens of thousands of potential customers witnessed the features of the new printer.
As a result, brand awareness has jumped from 30.5% to 46%, and purchase intent from 37.5% to 50.5%. One last thing: the printer itself has become a wish list item for everyone
