When Watching Who’s Viewed Your Profile on LinkedIn students discover their profiles have been looked at by none other than Randstad’s managing director Jeroen Muller.When they checked out this mister Muller’s credentials, they found a message in which they were asked to send him an invitation. If the students were promising, Muller accepted.

No annoying ‘spammy’ invitations or Inmails were sent. All we did was view student profiles, and make a minor change in our client’s status on LinkedIn.

Outcome

•Approximately 6,000 student LinkedIn profiles were viewed on behalf of Randstad director Jeroen Müller (by agency trainees)7% of these students subsequently checked Jeroen Müller’s profile1% actually took the bait and sent him an invitationIf the students were promising their invitation were acceptedRandstad created a database of high potential students Zero costWithout sending out any annoying ‘spammy’ invitations or InMail
