Description

Our objective was not only to design an event, but to create an attitude. We christened our event 'Face to Face', conveying a new way of doing business: personal, close, involved and credible, in short Nivea was replacing B2B with F2F. But images also count, not only words. To get people to come, we sent a one-shot disposable camera to the whole network and the main clients, for each person to take a picture of themselves and send it in. Using all the pictures received, we developed all the elements, from the reception-room decoration, through menus and down to the smallest detail, creating a mosaic formed by all the faces, those of the Nivea sales personnel and those of their clients, which together formed a number one.

Outcome

The notification was a big success, 98% of those invited came from all over Spain to a single event in Madrid.
