Description

This short animation aims to bring the word 'Shelter' to life and to speak to the international community in order to celebrate and promote World Humanitarian Day. The playful spot engages with the audience using different styles of animation and aesthetics.

Execution

Shelter reflects the idea of having all the objects within the video made out of primary structural source materials such as wood and brick. To achieve this look, mainly 3D software was used.

Style frames were designed with combination of Photoshop and Cinema 4D, followed by modelling the elements, texturising and animation in Cinema 4D which was then finalised in After Effects. This is where effects, type and all of the 3D elements were combined in the same timeline at the post production stage.
