Driven by the insight that the target (young adults) are talented and love to travel - but have a limited budget - we created Hostel Smirnoff: a place where talent became currency.
Through Facebook, we convoked consumers from all over the country to show their personal abilities. A curatorial team chose the best ones, who won the chance to spend a weekend at Hostel Smirnoff in Rio de Janeiro, all expenses covered, in exchange for presenting their talent live - to each other and to the crowd - in order to inspire young adults to live life as they do.

Deep cultural exchange between the talented youngsters at Smirnoff Hostel, thousands of online fans inspired by the live presentations and millions of impacted young adults inspired by the concept “Don’t wait for the extraordinary. Do it.”.
