Description

Tale of Contour is an epic tale celebrating the 100 year anniversary of the creation of Coca-Cola’s iconic bottle. The colorful story is narrated by a brother to his younger sibling as they share a refreshing Coke. We follow the bottle as it travels through distant lands and curious settings, capturing the boy’s imagination. During this journey, the bottle gets its unique features - its iconic curves, its flutes and red ribbon - and gets filled with icy-cold Coca-Cola as it ends its journey back in the hands of the refreshed older brother.

Execution

Cinematic framings and dynamic camera moves inspired by cutting edge CG features will be used.

Feature-film quality CG is a medium that appeals to all viewers and is relatable across cultures.

Its richness allows us to fill each frame with layers of detail and finely crafted, articulated characters.

The sweeping cinematic scale ultimately resolves in a place that is intimate and personal when we meet our protagonist, a wide-eyed teenager hanging out with his older brother on a summer afternoon. Exiting the animated fantasy, we instantly comprehend that what came before was wild imagination. Our transition to reality is signaled by a refreshing pop and phzzzz as the bottle is opened up and the two brothers share a Coke.
