Description

We created the first audio book library that could be accessed only by making one call. The "Call Book Line" helps promote the unlimited cellphone plans offered by Entel by giving an extra value for the costumers to enjoy whenever and wherever they want. Making tangible the benefit of having unlimited plans.

Execution

The idea was to create something that will hold the concept of unlimitedness. To communicate the most important differential benefit we created " The Call Book Line" So that costumers can learn about what unlimited plans can do, and making the benefit tangible for the consumers.

At first we plan to focus the "Call Book Line" on kids books so it can help parents but we decided to make it bigger and implement kids version for parents in the future.

Outcome

Entel is the third telecomunication service in Peru. We have less of one year in the market and what we are constructing is a fresher way to approach telecommunications. Since our campaign was launch, 83% of the unlimited plan costumers had used the "Audio Book Line" service. We had grown by 2.3% in adicional unlimited plans and we had reach 1.3 million people on social media. We are building a diferente communication company in Peru and we are proud.
