Description

PNC Virtual Wallet is an online bank account that offers a more intuitive, user-friendly way to manage your day-to-day finances. To see how different it is from a typical bank account, you really have to try it out. But who really wants to try out a bank account? Our challenge was to give people a reason to 'play' with Virtual Wallet and experience it for themselves.Real Life with Virtual Wallet is an interactive game that challenged people to overcome financial dilemmas using Virtual Wallet tools. In this Apple iAd for iPad, you choose a character, spin the wheel, and navigate the board coping with various financial issues relevant to your life stage. The ad tapped into the nostalgia of classic board games and showed the product’s benefits in a tangible way.As one of the first iAd's made for iPad we had alarming success. The average user spent over 90 seconds playing (50% higher than average) and viewed 17 screens per play - 5 times more than average. In total users spend 5,567 hours getting to know PNC's amazingly useful and easy to use Virtual Wallet tool.
