When we look at the sales, it is obvious that the sales-results of the new Touareg for the first trimester of 2007 are very good. The mailing is probably not the only source of it, but it has most probably helped in pushing the consumer to buy his new car and therefore push the new Touareg sales up. The mailing was very successful. No less than 3.5 % of the respondents rang or mailed for information, or even applied for a test ride.
