The stain-removal system from Siemens can easily handle 14 different kinds of stains. Imagine eating a bratwurst: the danger of grease stains on ones shirt can be particularly high. If you order one at a German bratwurst stall you will get a little paper strip protecting your fingers from the grease. These paper stripes were imprinted with white shirts. After eating a sausage, one can see a dirty and greasy shirt. But also the solution is printed there: “Siemens. Washing machines with stain-removal system.”

The production of these paper strips with food safe colour in comparison to the contact rate was very economic. For a contact rate of 10,000 people the productions costs were only at 600€.
