Since Bahrain as a country is not very pedestrian friendly, the locations to install the 4GLTEWiFi Posters had to be selected very strategically. These had to be busy streets with people walking.
The locations selected were primarily around the souqs, eating joints and busy commercial streets.
This ensured effectivity of the campaign in generating the required trails.
Outcome
There was an established recognition of the brand Batelco for being an innovative technological leader in Bahrain.
Batelco also reported a highly positive commercial impact.
- 10%+ increase in calls from previous year's Ramadan .
- 6% increase in mobile subscribers.
- 16% increase in 4G LTE subscribers.
