Set to the Kings' ballad 'There's Always Me,' a global ensemble of seven Elvis Presley impersonators are joined together by Group FaceTime. From an Asian metropolis to a Scottish hillside, Group FaceTime pulls the Kings of Rock and Roll out of their lonesome blues despite their distances.

Filmed entirely in Los Angeles, five sets were meticulously designed and built on stage, with two live locations and matching exteriors for each scene. Complementary production design, extensive research, art department, and VFX played a crucial role in giving the spot a global feel from a high-rise apartment in an Asian metropolis to a Scottish hillside, a rocking cargo ship, a rainy bus stop, or even a lush penthouse.

Excellence in film craft is the art of making the complexity invisible to the viewer – where all of the elements come together to form something greater than the sum of its parts. The challenge of direction in this film was to create a truly global feel through location, art department, casting and wardrobe choice, whilst respecting the nuanced global community of Elvis impersonators. The surprise element at the end of the film offers a whimsical twist or a charming reveal heightening the emotional connection we feel for the characters as seen in “A Little Company.”
