Consumer conversations online can make or break a brand. Blab has invented a new way to classify conversations contextually, and pattern conversations for prediction. Backward looking metrics, like Nielsen, ComScore, and monitoring tools no longer effectively guide the brand POV and its media spend. BlabPredicts was created by marketers for marketers. Our unprecedented, patented technology makes sense of messy, organic, real-time, multi-media, multi channel conversation data. Conversations (both online and offline) shift according to one of hundreds of thousands of patterns that have evolved over time. Applying dynamic discovery of contextually related conversations, and pattern logic, BlabPredicts exposes real-time social conversations and is able to predict how a particular dialogue will move, morph, and grow on news channels, blogs and social networks, up to 72 hours in advance.

BlabPredicts analyzes and associates text in ‘any language,' processing 100 million conversations/day across all languages), including images and video across thousands of real-time data sources (50,000 content platforms).

BlabPredicts processes social’s unstructured chaotic data and dynamically organizes conversations based on size, velocity, and contextual relevance. Instead of using traditional search terms that are limited to the “obvious”, BlabPredicts uses any topic or area of interest as a seed term to deliver a far more open ended discovery process with more meaningful, non-obvious brand insights. In addition, unlike monitoring or keyword query tools, its machine learning, dynamically and continuously surfaces the most relevant conversations per topic in real time.

BlabPredicts’ dynamic classification and prediction engine exposes, organizes and contextualizes conversations about products, programs, audiences, campaigns, and events; then predicts how those conversations will grow in volume and velocity, and where they will migrate by channel, 24, 48, and 72 hours into the future. Predictive conversation insights enable marketers to adjust, change, optimize and contextualize everything from ad spend, to content, to engagement and communications tactics, with preemptive foresight.

Blab has raised $5.85 million in Series A funding and is on track to extend its conversation contextualization technology into applications for both publishers and consumers.
