Background
In collaboration with trendy French artist and musician Agoria, the ambition was to deliver a very cinematographic piece filled with impressive visual effects, rife with teenage movies symbolism, stylistic depictions of pop archetypes and teeming with ritualistic explorations of mythology.
Describe the creative idea
Jane, an enigmatic L.A.P.D rookie is forced to face her secret curse: The power to dive into death. Not dead yet…but no longer alive.
This music video produced by us and exclusively shot by night in Los Angeles provides us an immersive experience into Loïc Andrieu's universe.
Describe the strategy
The music video is a proof of concept for first feature film by Loïc Andrieu.
Inspired by the screenplay, Call Of The Wild shows the ambition of the long length film.
Describe the execution
We decided to shoot the film in Los Angeles to ensure best Art Direction for the film. For a low money production from, started in Paris it was a important challenge to do so. Shooting in Los Angeles can be very expensive.
All the talents we had in the film made that possible. Local Production "Paradoxal" provided us with best intelligence the solutions to make it happen.
We prepped during 3 weeks on location, to find best actors, locations, crew.
3 days of shoot, all at night. 4 months of post production.
Describe the outcome
On line since September 2019 the film have a beautiful radiancy, we already won several prizes including a UKMVA.
