OVERVIEW

Description

We created an experience called BeefeaterXO, an immersive theatre that made the viewer travel through the cities that inspired Dabiz Muñoz, the 3-star Michelin chef, to create the Liquid Transformation. Together with Future Lighthouse, we also created a new dimension of Dabiz Muñoz's mind. A journey through Virtual Reality that allowed the viewer to fully plunge into the Liquid Transformation.

Execution

The BeefeaterXO event was held at the Gaviria Palace, a space of 1,055 m2 specially prepared for the event. We set up 10 rooms and transformed them into the cities in which the guests discovered the experience.

An experience which became a virtual reality project with 50 hours of filming, 4,000 hours of post-production, filmed in 4K, stereoscopic 360º and binaural sound. More than 50 actors, 2 production units, 4,000 hours of post-production. A multi-platform output: Apps Stores, Gear VR, Steam & Oculus Rift and available in English and Spanish. A production of more than 120 pieces of parallel content for social media.

Outcome

• 18,666 downloads of the VR experience

• 596,805 visits to the website BeefeaterXO

• 22,039,350 views of our campaign in Social Media (not including the youtubers campaign views)

• 103,750 interactions (likes, comments, shares)

• 374 mentions on Instagram
