In this film we follow a girl running through a city at night. She ends her training in front of a secret locker room where a huge female bouncer lets her in. The Eurythmics track "Sisters are doin' it by themselves" start to play. The girl now finds herself in an extra ordinary female locker room surrounded by girls of all sizes who have also just finished their training pass. As the music builds we now witness what happens when the endorphins kick in. All the girls start to dance and use the entire locker room as a stage for their synchronized celebration. We leave the group of girls in a middle of a "haka" before cutting back to the city again.
