We challenged the format of the classical cough syrup medication - problem, demo, solution – and reframed showing what people are really feeling during the crazy time we are all living.
We took our audience on a journey into the life of two besties while they are about to travel, placing them on a busy airport. We highlighted on an honest way the feelings of being judged whilst coughing in public after almost 2 years of lockdown. Showing that as soon as a person feels the urge to cough, its needs to run and hide. It’s time to stop hiding the cough.
The use of humor and short formats, allowed our audience to see a bit of themselves in the characters and, allowed us to dramatize the cough stigma. Inviting all on a funny way to stop hiding, start fighting.
