We needed a way to increase trial, put a Fold into their hands even if it wasn't the actual Galaxy Z Fold.

We decided to let iPhone users try Fold on their iPhone.

After 6 months of tech research and development, we launched Fold Experience. A seamless mobile experience that uses Web Real Time communication technology’s ultra-low latency to connect 2 iPhones together, plus complex device detection to instantly sync and optimise varying screen sizes into one unified screen display – turning iPhones into Samsung Galaxy Z Fold.

This ground-breaking experience puts Galaxy Z Fold directly into the hands of curious iPhone users, allowing them to discover the different unique features and benefits for themselves – like watching content with an immersive view, multi-tasking with multiple windows, and even playing a game on a larger display.

The Galaxy foldables, led by the Galaxy Z Fold, are the devices that iPhone users are more likely to convert to. Because of their top of the line capabilities that exceed their current iPhone, as well as the innovative folding screen technology.

However, if iPhone users remained living in a bubble, they'll remain oblivious to the latest mobile phone innovations, and new reasons to change their brand loyalty.

The Fold Experience is part of the Try Galaxy WebApp that allows iPhone users to simulate Galaxy devices on their iPhones. It's a double screen, Web RTC powered app inside Try Galaxy that allows the 2 iPhones to connect and become one big folding screen.

Launching in August 2023 following the launch of the latest Galaxy Z Fold5, it's the permanent Fold feature of the Try Galaxy platform.

Trygalaxy.com is a Webapp for iPhones, allowing users to try the Fold Experience. iPhone users were targeted with ads to experience a folding display phone on their iPhones.

It was launched globally on trygalaxy.com to push for iPhone users' consideration of the Galaxy Z Fold as their next phone.
