The film is a contemplative immersion into the world of Assassin’s Creed Origins, bathed in crepuscular light and carried by Max Richter’s music. A tribute to ancient Egypt’s beauty as much as a metaphor of its frailty, it shows symbols and achievements of this whole civilization being swept away by the wind. An Egyptian cat in a market, a heart in the hands of a priest, statues, boats on the Nile, soldiers, pyramids … the phenomenon spreads, eventually turning a whole city into sand.

Bayek, the hero of the game, makes his appearance in a deserted street of the city.

His son appears in front of him, but as his father tries to hold him in his arms, the boy vanishes away.Bayek stands before a huge cloud of sand approaching.

He disappears into the cloud.
