[What is Hangouts for players?]
We made a web platform on Google+ Hangouts for distant friends to play together face to face.
This platform upgraded a lonely smartphone game into an experience enjoyed with maximum of 10 friends, as if you’re in a living room.
[Activate playing game experience]
This is a public web platform that is open to all game players.
By starting with smartphone games, it evolves game experiences directly.
Rather than approaching by advertisements, it revives the brand of the game itself through the experience of playing games.
Execution
We developed a dedicated game app on Google+ hangouts.
It enhances the experience of smartphone games.

It has voice recognition technology that automatically adjusts the size of emotional expression.

We turned a lonely smartphone gamer into the new social gaming experience.

Using of Hangouts Live, anyone can share a game-play in the world.
Outcome
This new way of enjoying games was picked up by YouTube Creators, and became a national phenomenon. As a result, it changed perception and behavior of smartphone games.
