The IBM live banner does just that - click it and you establish a direct, video-transmitted chat dialogue with a sales representative. Right there, in the banner. You never leave the host site. The banner itself communicates the benefits of the product, simply by showing the dialogue. With a negligible media investment (US$2,000) this worked so well it resulted in 25 actual tenders, at a mean value of US$5,000. Each!
