Angel’s Education Day: A Step towards Financial Literacy for the Masses!It is an initiative taken by us to impart financial literacy upon everyone who wants to understand basic concepts of the stock market and how to generate wealth by using these concepts. The program focuses on educating individuals on the need for right & timely investment as well as the various options available to them to create and manage their wealth.Angel’s investment advisors are available throughout the day to provide free advice and guidance to walk-in individuals at its 174 branches. The Education Day was carried out with the free distribution of a Special Financial Booklet called “Your Knowledge Kit for Investments” created by the research team of Angel.After the launch, Angel now celebrates this day on the 1st Saturday of every month. This program is open to all, not just Angel clients, but to the masses giving an opportunity to everyone to interact with Angel’s Celebrity Investment Advisors. Through this campaign Angel has become a pioneer in Investor Education & has created tremendous brand visibility amongst more than five million people. The campaign has also given Angel huge media presence along with record visits of over 100 walk-in prospects in a single day.

Execution

• The PR campaign was initiated by running an Online Contest to get client as well as public views and queries. • Based on the public queries a special Lexicon on the basics of finance called “Your Knowledge Kit for Investments” was released on the occasion.• This kit was distributed free to the masses. • Customized Posters were exhibited at the reception areas of all the branches.• Special Ads on the launch of the event was released in the in-house client & employee magazines covering clients and 6000 employees coagulating great noise about the event.

• The book was launched in the presence of various journalists at a press conference organized to announce the launch of Angel Education Day.

Outcome

Financial Awareness coagulated amongst more than 5 million people and is an ongoing exercise each month …Brand Value, Confidence & ultimately Equity Generated amongst these people about the brand Angel Broking.

This initiative has created tremendous brand visibility amongst more than five million people and given Angel huge media presence along with record visits of over 100 walk-in prospects in a single day.
