The spot opens with our hero getting ready for a night out when her IBS-D suddenly appears, manifested by Irritabelle, her irritable bowel. The hero tries to resist, but then succumbs to her condition and alters her plans – again. Now she is resigned to the will of Irritabelle, spending another night at home. But once the hero talks to her doctor and learns about Viberzi, the table turns. From here on out, she starts doing the things she wants to, slowly “winning over” Irritabelle, and getting her to be more of an ally.
