Overview

Execution

“Man Hours for Child Hours” is an easy to use program which provides workers the opportunity to donate without moving from their working place, via a simple widget. In a world plenty of NGOs asking for people’s help, we innovate creating a new way of fundrising with almost zero cost.

Outcome

Since "Man Hours for Child Hours" is an initiative that is still on going the results are changing all the time. For the first month program's implementation we added 10 blue-chip companies to the cause. The expectative is to reach the budget of last year next october.

“Man Hours for Child Hours” is an initiative that costed less than €500 and started to be implemented on the first week of April.

To date, ten small and medium-size companies whose their HR Departments were previously contacted, installed the widget, reaching around 70 employees of each company. That’s people who voluntary decided to donate.

In average, each employee donated one hour every two weeks, reaching an estimated total of 1,400 hours. Since each donation amount is confidential, we cannot reveal the grand total, but so far it’s money that helped children to live their childhood.
