Description
The MLB13 Cover Showdown was the world’s first baseball election. At the end of five days, the player with the most votes won the cover of PlayStation’s Baseball video game: MLB13 The Show.
Half website, half social media campaign, fans could vote for one of seven baseball players by either visiting our site and logging in with Facebook or Twitter, or simply by tweeting for their favourite player with a custom hashtag.
We filmed over 40 short YouTube videos, created downloadable goodies, made memes, and even set up a hotline–all urging fans to rally around their favorite player.
