Description

The wide cheese range available in the country and to show the Swiss population how closely Emmentaler is linked with their country, culture/heritage and is still their 'national cheese'.

Execution

To show the Swiss how closely Emmentaler is linked with their country and is still their 'national cheese' we created the special edition 'National Day Emmentaler': For our 1st August National Day, the Emmentaler was available as a limited edition “National Day Emmentaler” featured with an address to the nation and on the cheese loaf itself, illustations on topics that reflect that speech.

Outcome

The "National Day Emmentaler" went on sale two weeks prior to the National Day at the count’s second-largest supermarket chain and was sold out by our National Day, the 1st of August.
