There should be no secrets between you and your mobileNokia’s global online (and in-store) support services were given a long-term campaign concept and visibility under the ‘No Secrets’ headline. The campaign focuses on empowering users by uncovering your mobile phone’s ‘secrets’.
Elements: YouTube viral, three banners, email invitation and 360 degrees photo-realistic online mystery adventure. The game includes direct links to vital support and user experience enhancing hints — valuable both in-game and in real life. 36 percent of all players accessed the Support pages through the game, thus enhancing their real-life mobile experience as well.
