Rise as One is a documentary series built around the idea that football is more than a game - it can be a uniting force, bringing people together through shared passion and leaving a positive impact on and off the pitch. Leading up to the 2014 FIFA World Cup™, official tournament sponsor Budweiser took viewers around the globe to uncover and celebrate the most inspiring stories that bring this idea to life. From an organization helping blind Brazilians rediscover the sport they love to a group of Thai fisherman who built a floating pitch where land couldn’t support one, these stories paid tribute to football’s status as the “world’s game” like never before and turned “Rise As One” from a campaign slogan into a transformative call to action.
