Just as thinInstead of spreading the plan among several magazines and explore frequency, we developed a completely different media format, to obtain the highest recall. This was our main goal.Considering W880´s 2 main features- high storage capacity and its fantastic design, thinner than a CD case – we created a 1/3rd add, glued on it a folded insert in a way that when readers unfolded it, the strip turned into double page. A great, thin solution.

Outcome

Sales results were amazing and W880 is now the leader in design and technology, of Sony Ericsson´s Walkman line. Research conducted in all Latin America showed that, in Brazil, Sony Ericsson reached the highest rate ever, in buying intentions. Significant increase in brand image (high quality products perception) was credited to W880´s performance.
