Description
The idea was to make Carta Capital magazine subscribers silence the world's worst dictators, giving voice to the refugees.
Execution
Carta Capital magazine subscribers received their magazines at home during four weeks with the labels with their data covering the mouths of the world's worst dictators, along with the message: "Your signature can silence oppression."
Outcome
The campaign received ample coverage in the Brazilian media. The number of people who renewed their Carta Capital magazine subscriptions increased by 18% as well as the number of new subscribers, which had an increase of 11% over the same period with no promotion. 2.5% of all income from the subscriptions went to the NGO Migraflix and its social projects.
