Description
There are many prejudices surrounding Internet telephony. To change this, Futurecom developed a cross-media solution dramatising product performance in the public arena. Two selected world-record participants talked with one another on the web phone non-stop from glass cubes in two train stations (Zurich/Berne). Passers by and web-visitors could watch, listen and contribute topics of conversation. Online ads, mailings, e-newsletters and advertorials focused attention on every campaign phase. The microsite was the centre: users could follow along via live streaming while the record was being set.The world record attempt received huge attention in the media.
