Test and order – both from the same POS. This was the simple yet big media idea of the Telephone Posters. At first glance, the posters looked like a regular ad. Then one recognized the attached phones that were in service and free to use. Calls could be made without restrictions, day and night. Which was exactly what customers would get when ordering the new sunrise ADSL package.
Outcome
The sunrise Telephone Posters achieved results that were far beyond expectations. They gained huge attention in the crowd. The Swiss media started writing about the unusual placards, which created an additional free advertising effect. Almost 17'000 (!) new ADSL clients could be won for sunrise in only a few weeks.
