Background information:
Our client is Swisscom. The leading telecom company in Switzerland.
The briefing:
«Communicate the Swisscom customers in a authentic way the advantages of the data roaming packages abroad. Fixed performances for fixed prices - without going broke.
The solution:
A text message leads the customer to his personalized mobile landing page. There the visitor experiences the advantages of data roaming packages.
There was a game teaser on the landing page. By clicking the game Google Street View opens up and drops the visitor into a random European city. With helpful mobile features the visitor get advice where he is.
The results:
We had a SMS opening rate of 10.5% - a result we never reached before. There was a very high amount of played levels. That confirmed our simple gameplay. 2‘617 tell-a-friends and 11‘700 unique players have been measured during the campaign.
