Description

To renew your day planner is to look back at the past year.By looking back, one can never look away from the March 11th earthquake and the tsunami that followed.With the land and people still quake-scarred, we wanted to create the TV commercial that could deliver hope for the future.We wanted to support Japan in its struggle to conquer the catastrophe.The girl in this TV commercial is Hana.She is the captain of her elementary school's football team, Kesennuma Sharks.We met Hana in the football training class held as a support program for the earthquake-effected region. The program was sponsored by Takahashi Shoten.

The tsunami has caused the serious damage in Kesennuma.Hana, however, was spending her days looking up.We couldn't forget her bright smile.We went back to document her daily life over a period of day.

Our message was sent through her positive attitude toward life.So, the tag line should be as simple."Look up to Hana."
