BriefExplanation
8 employees were selected to help communicate the culture of this family-owned manufacturer. They tell the story how they see it. In their own words and completely unscripted. Through the associates’ stories you get to know them and collectively you get to know the company. In the end you take away what it means to work for this 115 year old company and what it means to their employees.
EntrySummary
Manufacturing has been moving away from the United States. More and more companies have decided it makes more economic sense to manufacture products overseas. Cheaper labor, cheaper production. It’s truly a rarity for a 115-year old family-owned American manufacturer to be thriving by making things domestically. And a big part of that is because of the culture of this company. For so many people to remain at a company for 20, 30 and even 40 years in today’s world is unheard of. But that’s the reality of this unique American manufacturer. And what will help its continued success for generations to come.
MediaStrategy
This was not to be your everyday corporate film. It was meant to be a documentary that told the story of this 115 year old family owned manufacturer. So because of that the cinematography needed to bring to life the true love and emotion people felt for the company and their co-workers.
