Since the budgets are very tight, it means that their communications must actively differentiate with creative content and appeal to a discerning youthful target. recruitireland.com’s proposition is that if there is a better job out there you’ll find it on their website The campaign idea is both innovative and on brand.
The message that you can reach your true potential with recruitireland.com is communicated using animated characters of sound effects that have reached their potential.
Implementation
The TV and radio campaign launched directly after Christmas (26-28 December) 2006 aimed to hit the audience when the best resolutions are made.Print for this campaign launched in mid January 2007. In order to make this a truly integrated campaign, the creative was developed so that each medium suggested its own characters.
Relevancy
All results for recuitireland.com are captured on their web-site. Any uplift in activity is manifested immediately. Results are judged on two criteria; increase in candidate applications on the web-site and quality of these applications. As a result of this campaign there was an increase of 25% in candidate applications within the desired age profile.
