The objective of the campaign was to get as many people as possible to listen to Storytel’s new take on George Orwell’s classic novel 1984. That’s why we challenged the established category tropes around audiobook releases, and instead brought the same attention and care to this Storytel Original, as a typical cinematic Hollywood masterpiece, shot entirely on 35 and 16mm film. The film pulls people into the world of George Orwell in a way never done before by drawing parallels to the times we’re living in, where each frame is slow moving and carefully art directed in a way that puts full focus on the audio and voiceover, staying true to Storytel, who offers next level "audiotainment" to their audience.
