Description
The customer service operators at JetBlue are known as the fuzzy slipper brigade. Not only because they work from home in their slippers but also for their reputation as the most helpful and kind customer service people in the business. We decided to put them to the test. This campaign is made up of actual calls to 1-800-JETBLUE. The caller is the copywriter working without scripts, just simple starting points. And the fuzzy slipper brigade has no clue they’re being recorded, they’re just doing their job. What other airline would put their customer service people on the radio?
