JetBlue gave us a mission: make their digital presence 'human,' & increase TrueBlue program participants. Our solution: redesign JetBlue's .com & engineer a seamless .com + app experience tied to a flyer’s TrueBlue account. We designed an intuitive interface that automatically displays itineraries & fares without a click. Redesigned mobile Web is now the fastest mobile airline site. The app serves up boarding passes, weather alerts & even inflight entertainment guides in real-time. Days after launch, TrueBlue enrolments increased by the thousands. The app has over 1 million downloads, & 10% of JetBlue’s revenue now stems from mobile booking.
