Execution

We wanted to do more than just tell media planners that if they didn’t book with SABC in time they’d be stuck with sub-standard media solutions, we wanted to show them. We created a mock media company based in the Caribbean offering some of the dodgiest media options ever created.

Outcome

- exceeded sales target by 267%- 773 hits on launch day, 32% more than our initial target of 586- an average of 1412 hits per month (not bad considering a maximum pool of 750 media planners)- email update generated 550 additional hits
