Over 20,000 members visited the website. We collected 15,000 euros and thousands of people left heart-warming messages. As soon as we launched the e-mail (30% clickthrough) to the members, you could almost see the messages appear live. Most of them describing how touched they were by the action and praising the initiative of Nokia. In customer surveys, we also found that this action got a far above average appraisal rate.
