Six short social media films have been compiled to make a film that speaks about the Global Consumer Insight Survey. The survey analyzed consumer behavior, and enabled our firm to find a new metric that can be very valuable to companies who wish to measure the experience of their consumers. Each film is a split-screen film which speaks to a sub-theme that was pulled from the survey. These sub-themes are interesting in their own right, but together give a holistic view of how to build satisfaction, loyalty and growth.
