Demonstrate the feature. This was done with a set of cards containing puzzles that require the human mind to multitask - something it finds great difficulty doing. The mailer concluded that it's okay not to be able to multitask as the IBM PC will help you.
Outcome
Enquiries about the multitasking feature were significantly up in customer calls. Also, recall of the feature in relation to IBM PCs was much higher, though it is inherent to the third party chip and is available in all PC brands.
