Create a new brand/client marketing relationship concept.'The first brand to invite its clients to celebrate ten years of advertising at the Olympia'. A three months running marketing operation figuring :• Dedicated Guest Recruitment plan• Emailings on 80,000 clients of the database• Online & press media plan• Partnerships with MTV, Game One, Fun Radio• Creative contest : CreaSpot• A unique event at the Olympia, a real VIP Party for ordinary people : ‘PubStation’ with a film, a concert, special gifts (DVD, demos, T-shirts, bags … ).
Outcome
Two thousand guests for the Olympia evening drew lots from 7,000 registered on the website, qualified to actualise the database - 45,000 visits on the web - 500 registrations to CreaSpot.
Important Press repercussions for the event's originality (planed the following day on the 50th anniversary of the famous Music Hall!)
