Create an integrated campaign for the Pendoring Advertising awards- South Africa's Premier Afrikaans Advertising Awards. The objective of the award is to reward excellence in Afrikaans advertising and to encourage the use of the Afrikaans language.

Outcome

The Pendoring Advertising Awards had 35% more entries in 2005 than in 2004. Interest in Pendoring is at an all time high and it is known as a proudly and truly South African event.

Solution

The Afrikaans language is by far the most expressive of the 11 official South African languages. Similar to Dutch but having evolved over time to become a truly South African Language, with its colourful expressions.
