Write a short summary of what happens in the film

This film highlights the importance of privacy in our day to day lives by showing quick cuts of various moments and situations where privacy is desired. The films starts with a variety signs that indicate the private nature of a space, signs that we have all seen before like “Get Out” or “Beware of Dog”. Then it evolves to showing us situations where privacy is important, but not always guaranteed, including confidential conversations, corporate meetings, and puberty fueled tantrums. We see shots of people in the bathroom, at work, in their homes, and in public trying to secure private moments. The film ends with a woman rolling her car window trying to create a barrier between her and a stranger with prying eyes, and then we see a shot of a woman at home in bed turning her phone off before going to sleep with peace of mind.

Cultural/Context information for the jury

Privacy is an issue that has garnered a lot of public attention in recent years as technology has evolved and sharing information has become easier than ever before. We are at a time where people are reprioritizing privacy and what they share with others and the world around them. This film was used to show the world and Apple customers that privacy is important to Apple as well. The end-line reads, "Privacy Matters", as a clear statement of reassurance to Apple users.

Tell the jury anything relevant about the direction. Do not name the director.

This film was the director's first commercial film and they used their seasoned skills to bring a whimsical and light hearted touch to the very controversial issue of privacy in technology.
