The ad, written and directed by Italian filmmaker Giuseppe Tornatore, recounts the life of two renowned Italian fashion designers, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. Dolce, the son of a Sicilian tailor, arrives in Milan - the world capital of fashion - and starts working in a tailor shop. Which is the dream job of another young talent, Gabbana. When the latter phones the shop, it is Dolce who takes the call. It's their first connection. And the beginning of a life-long collaboration that will bring them together to create a world-renowned brand whose growth has never stopped thanks to the evolution of technology. Their success story has become the epitome of TIM's positioning, "The Power of Connections".
Background:
As we are slowly making our way back into normality after the pandemic and people are starting to interact in person again, the Client asks for a meaningful message in relation to connection, in its technological and human sense. Something we all need as people, far greater than just signal connectivity: the authentic bond with others, that brings us together and cancels our differences. The goal is to narrate TIM as a telco leader committed to the evolution of our country, with respect to both tech innovation and social progress.

The campaign has reached a total of 42mio of net contacts on target adu +15 with a total campaign reach of 80%, and a total of 25mio on net contact on target 25-54 with a total campaign reach of 74%.
