Using the population and restaurant data of Canadian cities, we had Watson create never-before-seen poutine recipes. Then we created this poster series to feature some of the reinvented recipes.
Outcome
By reinventing the traditional Canadian poutine (french fries, cheese curds and gravy), we were able to express the creative potential of cognitive computing in a uniquely Canadian way.
