There are multiple innovations related to the production of the series:
- Filming the full series with a mobile phone to authentically resemble a home-made vlog
- Filming in a vertical format to resemble online vlogs (vs. typical landscape ads)
- Lack of branding (no logo, non-branded typeface) in the beginning of the copy to create a more convincing delivery of the vlog
- Staggered/sequential airing of the 14 copies (just like a multi-episode series) to resemble how content creators publish their vlogs
- Aref addresses the camera and the audience in a true vlog manner, he also references his other vlogs convincing the audience of its authenticity
